1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Liquid Alchemy. These websites at liquidalchemy.in and academy.liquidalchemy.in are owned and operated by Meenali Sukhwani, trading as Liquid Alchemy, a sole proprietorship based at 304, The Capital, Next to Mega Center, Hadapsar Square, Pune – 411 028 ("Liquid Alchemy", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the liquidalchemy.in and academy.liquidalchemy.in websites, including all content, features and services offered through it: the paid Challenge (a physical Material Kit and digital content), workshops, 1:1 calls, digital downloads, free tools such as calculators, and any other services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using this website in any way, including browsing, submitting a form, making a purchase, registering for a workshop, or booking a call, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use this website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Liquid Alchemy under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age. Users between the ages of 16 and 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this website, make purchases, or register for workshops.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • You are not barred from receiving services under any applicable law.
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse access to or use of the website to any person at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the website.

4. Use of the Website

4.1 Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial purposes consistent with these Terms, including browsing content, using free tools, purchasing the Challenge, registering for workshops, booking calls, and accessing purchased digital content.

4.2 Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use this website or its content to:

  • Violate any applicable Indian or international law, regulation, or rule
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of Liquid Alchemy or any third party
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or bulk messages
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code into the website or its systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other users' accounts, or our backend systems
  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this website without our prior written consent
  • Use the website to defame, harass, threaten, or harm any person
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
  • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the website
  • Circumvent any security or access control measures on the website
  • Use automated tools such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract content from this website

4.3 User content

If you submit any content to us, including through forms, testimonial submissions, or photos of your work, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for the purposes of operating and promoting Liquid Alchemy's services. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

If we feature you or your work (for example, in an Instagram or YouTube post, a story, or an interview with Sakshi), we will do so only with your consent, and we will tag your profile only if you are happy for us to. You can withdraw your consent for future use by contacting us, although we may not be able to remove material that has already been published or shared.

We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion without notice.

5. The Challenge and Store Products

5.1 The Challenge

The Challenge consists of (a) a physical Material Kit that we ship to you in India and (b) digital content and live sessions that we make available to you. When you buy the Challenge you buy this whole bundle; the kit is part of the Challenge and is not sold as a standalone product. Details of what is included are shown on the Challenge page at the time of purchase. Shipping, cancellation and refunds for the Material Kit are governed by our Refunds & Shipping policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

5.3 Order acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any other reason. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation by us. The only exception is a workshop seat, which is reserved by the booking amount (see Section 6.1). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

The First Customer Toolkit (an optional add-on at checkout) is part of the same payment as the Challenge. A 1:1 call with Sakshi, if offered after your payment, is a separate order with its own payment, and is governed by Section 6.9 and our Refunds & Shipping policy.

Buying for someone else. You may buy the Challenge for another person. If you do, you confirm that you have their permission to give us their name and any contact details you share, and, if they are under 18, the consent of their parent or legal guardian. The kit is delivered to the address you give, and you remain the customer for payment, refund and receipt purposes.

5.4 Availability

All products and places are subject to availability. If something you have paid for is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.

5.5 Challenge batches and prizes

Seats in each Challenge batch are limited and are given first come, first served; see the Refunds & Shipping policy for how batches are assigned. At the end of each batch, Liquid Alchemy may award workshop discounts to finishers: one 50% discount voucher to the top finisher and 25% discount coupons to the next two finishers, for the 2 Days Intensive Resin Arts Workshop. Winners are chosen on completing the Challenge and on real, recorded results, as set out in the Challenge rules, and our decision is final. A voucher or coupon is for the named winner only, cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, and applies to the workshop fee and not to the booking amount. It is valid for 90 days from the day the prize is announced. Liquid Alchemy may also award a Social Media Feature (a feature of the winner's work on our social media channels). We may add, exclude or change any of the prizes at our own discretion, without prior notice.

5.6 Certificates

A Certificate of Completion is given to every student who finishes the Challenge under the finish rules published on our rules page, and a Top Finisher certificate to the three top finishers of each batch. A certificate is personal to the named student, carries a number and can be checked by anyone on our website using that number. We may withdraw a certificate that was issued in error, or if we find that the results behind it were not genuine. We decide whether the rules have been met, and our decision is final.

5.7 Store products

Finished resin art products and custom orders bought from our store at liquidalchemy.in are governed by the terms and policies published on that site, including its Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Workshops and 1:1 Calls

6.1 Workshop registration

Registration for all Liquid Alchemy workshops, including the 2-Day Resin Intensive and any other workshops offered from time to time, is subject to availability and confirmation by Liquid Alchemy. You can reserve your seat by paying a booking amount. The booking amount for each workshop is shown at the time of booking and may differ between workshops and change over time. The remaining amount of the workshop fee can be paid at any time before the workshop dates, including on the day of the workshop, using any payment method we accept. Your registration is fully paid up only when the whole workshop fee has been received. The booking amount is non-refundable. If you move to a later batch under Section 6.7, your booking amount carries over to that batch. Workshop seats are non-transferable.

6.2 Workshop fee

The workshop fee covers all materials, tools, products created during the session, refreshments during the workshop, a certificate of completion, and access to the post-workshop student portal. Lunch is not included. The fee does not include travel to and from the workshop venue.

6.3 Eligibility for workshops

Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Participants between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the workshop. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Participants who are pregnant, or who have known skin allergies, respiratory conditions, or chemical sensitivities, are advised to consult their doctor before registering and must inform us of any relevant conditions at the time of registration.

6.4 Workshop conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward the instructor, fellow participants, and studio property throughout the workshop. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the workshop, without refund, if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise incompatible with a productive learning environment.

6.5 Safety compliance

Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the instructor at all times during the workshop, including wearing gloves, using protective equipment, and handling materials as directed. Liquid Alchemy shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions.

6.6 Photography and recording

Liquid Alchemy may photograph and video-record workshop sessions for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. By registering for a workshop, you consent to such photography and recording. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the workshop date and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

You may photograph your own work and the process for personal use. Recording the instructor's demonstrations or techniques for redistribution or commercial use without written consent is not permitted.

6.7 Cancellation and refund: workshops

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date: full refund of the amounts you have paid, except the non-refundable booking amount
  • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the workshop date: no refund; eligible for transfer to a future batch, and your booking amount carries over
  • Transfers to a future batch must be requested at least 48 hours before the original workshop date
  • Workshop seats are non-transferable: a seat cannot be transferred to another person
  • No-shows on the day of the workshop with no prior notice: no refund and no transfer
  • In cases of genuine emergency, please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 89835 52882) and we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis

6.8 Cancellation by Liquid Alchemy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop batch at our discretion, for example in the event of insufficient registrations, instructor illness, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified as early as possible and offered either a full refund (including the booking amount) or a transfer to the next available batch at their choice.

6.9 1:1 calls: rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule a booked 1:1 call free of charge once, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the call, you will receive a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows receive no refund and the session is forfeited. If we need to reschedule or cancel a call, we will offer you a new time or a full refund. You must book your call only within the call dates shown to you on your batch schedule page and enter the last 6 digits of your Challenge order number when the booking form asks for it. A booking that does not match a paid 1:1 call order (by order number, mobile number or email), or that is made outside your batch's call dates, may be cancelled. 1:1 calls may be recorded (see our Privacy Policy). See also Refunds & Shipping, Section 18.

7. Digital Content, Downloads and Student Portal

7.1 Access to digital content

Digital content and downloads are made available to you after payment. Depending on the product and offer, we deliver them by one or more of the following: (a) a link to download, sent by email or WhatsApp; (b) a copy of the file sent to you directly as an attachment by email or WhatsApp; or (c) access through the Liquid Alchemy student portal with your own login. The student portal is hosted on our main website at liquidalchemy.in, on the Wix platform. The delivery method is shown to you when you buy. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or download links with any other person. Liquid Alchemy reserves the right to terminate your access if credentials or links are found to be shared or misused.

7.2 Enrolment, purchase and refunds

Access to paid digital content is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Once access has been granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a material technical error has prevented you from accessing the content. See Refunds & Shipping, Section 17 for digital downloads.

7.3 Licence to content

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your own personal learning purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Download (except files we expressly provide for download), copy, or reproduce videos or materials
  • Share or redistribute content in any form, including forwarding login details, sharing screen recordings, or uploading content to any other platform
  • Use content for commercial purposes, including teaching workshops, creating competing courses, or producing content for sale based on techniques disclosed in the content

Any breach of this licence may result in immediate termination of your access and may expose you to legal action.

7.4 Content accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that content is accurate and up to date. However, resin art is a craft where results are affected by variables including ambient temperature, humidity, brand of materials, and individual technique. Liquid Alchemy does not guarantee specific outcomes from applying the techniques taught in its Challenge, workshops, calls or downloads.

7.5 What "lifetime" access means

Where we describe access to the student portal, session recordings or other digital content as "lifetime" access, we mean access for as long as the Liquid Alchemy student portal (for the Challenge, your My Challenge page; for our workshops, the student portal on Wix; or the platform that replaces it) is offered by us. It does not mean access for your own lifetime or for ever. If we decide to close the student portal or move it to another platform, we will give you reasonable notice and, where possible, move your access to the new platform.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content on this website, including text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, Challenge and workshop materials, calculators and tools, and the Liquid Alchemy brand identity, is the intellectual property of Liquid Alchemy or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Restricted use

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on this website without our prior written consent. This includes:

  • Photographs and images
  • The CRAFT Framework, workshop curriculum, brochures, and Challenge and course materials
  • Downloads, calculators, and other tools
  • Brand name, logo, and visual identity elements of Liquid Alchemy

8.3 Limited permitted use

You may share links to pages on this website on social media or in personal communications. You may print a single copy of content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

8.4 Reporting infringement

If you believe that any content on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 16 with details of the alleged infringement.

9. Payments

9.1 Payment methods

Payments on this website are processed online through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, which offers UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and other methods shown at checkout. For workshops, you can reserve your seat with the booking amount and pay the balance later, including on the day of the workshop, using any payment method we accept (see Section 6.1). All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not offer Cash on Delivery for shipped orders.

9.2 Payment security

We do not store your full payment card details. All card transactions are handled by our payment gateway provider, which is compliant with applicable payment security standards. Liquid Alchemy is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your payment details where such use is due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

9.3 Failed transactions

In the event that a payment fails or is declined, your order or registration will not be confirmed. Please retry with a different payment method or contact your bank. If your account has been debited but you have not received a confirmation from us, please contact us within 48 hours with your transaction reference number.

9.4 GST and taxes

Prices on the website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by law. We will provide an invoice or receipt for all confirmed transactions upon request.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery of the Challenge Material Kit is governed by our Refunds & Shipping policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Shipping and delivery of finished products bought from our store is governed by the store's Shipping Policy.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds for the Challenge Material Kit, digital downloads and 1:1 calls are governed by our Refunds & Shipping policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned. Returns and refunds for finished products bought from our store are governed by the store's Returns and Refunds Policy.

For workshop cancellation and refund terms, please refer to Section 6.7 of these Terms.

For digital content refund terms, please refer to Section 7.2 of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media profiles on Instagram and YouTube, and references to third-party services. These links are provided for your convenience only.

Liquid Alchemy does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Accessing third-party websites through links on this site is at your own risk, and we encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any website you visit.

This website uses third-party services, including Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Zoho (contact management) and WhatsApp (messaging). The student portal used by our workshops is hosted on the Wix platform at liquidalchemy.in, and Wix's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to Wix's infrastructure and services. Each of these has its own terms and privacy policy. None of them is a party to any agreement between you and Liquid Alchemy.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 No warranty

This website and all content, products, workshops, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that:

  • The website will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free
  • The content on the website is complete, accurate, or current
  • The website is free from viruses or other harmful components
  • Any specific outcome will result from completing the Challenge, attending a workshop, or using any download or tool

13.2 Business outcomes

Liquid Alchemy provides the Challenge, workshops, calls and downloads to teach resin art skills and business knowledge. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, income level, or business success as a result of using them. Actual results depend on individual effort, practice, market conditions, and other factors entirely outside our control. Any earnings figures or examples referenced on this website, including the results shown by any calculator, are illustrative only and are not guarantees or representations of future income.

The Earning Calculator starts from Liquid Alchemy's own prices, material costs and making times, and from the numbers you choose. Your own costs, selling prices, time and sales will differ, so its results are estimates to help you think, not a promise of what you will earn. The link to your saved results is private to you: anyone who has the link can see the products and numbers on it (never your name or contact details), so share it only if you wish to.

The own-income survey asks a few questions about you and shows a result page that is based only on your answers. The result is general information to help you think about your next step, not advice, and not a promise of any income or outcome. 13.3 Health and safety

Epoxy resin involves chemicals that require proper handling. We provide safety guidance in the Challenge, in workshops and on our website. However, individual sensitivity to chemical materials varies. Liquid Alchemy is not liable for any allergic reaction, skin irritation, respiratory discomfort, or other health issue arising from exposure to resin materials where you have not disclosed a known sensitivity or have failed to follow the safety instructions provided.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • Liquid Alchemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, our products, workshops, or courses
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product, workshop, call or Challenge giving rise to the claim
  • We shall not be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

Liquid Alchemy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, power outages, or failure of third-party infrastructure including internet service providers or payment gateways.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and either fulfil our obligations at the earliest possible opportunity or provide a refund where fulfilment is not possible.

16. Grievance Officer and Contact

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, the Grievance Officer for Liquid Alchemy is:

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of this website, or any transaction with Liquid Alchemy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

17.3 Informal resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at the details provided in Section 16 and make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute informally. We will likewise make a good-faith effort to resolve any complaint or concern you raise with us directly.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Shipping policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liquid Alchemy with respect to your use of this website and our services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Liquid Alchemy.
